Bd4 Terms & Conditions — Rules and Policies of Use
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the bd4 platform. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

1. Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the bd4 platform (https://bd4.click), creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing it.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. bd4 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and any changes take effect immediately upon publication.
2. Account Registration, Security & Account Policy
Providing accurate and complete information is required when creating an account on bd4. Each person may only operate one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited — if detected, all associated accounts will be suspended.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify bd4 immediately. bd4 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- If an account is created using false or incomplete information.
- If a user engages in fraudulent activity or attempts to manipulate the platform.
- If a user creates multiple accounts or misuses bonuses.
- If identity verification has not been completed.
- Where required for legal or regulatory purposes.
Identity verification (National ID or Passport) must be completed prior to making a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be accepted until the verification process is finalized.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All users must adhere to the following rules while using the bd4 platform:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, software, or network on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Fraudulent activity or collusion against other users is strictly prohibited.
- Any content uploaded or shared on the platform must be lawful and ethical.
- Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
Any violation of the above rules will result in immediate account suspension, and the associated balance may be forfeited. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.
4. Payment, Transactions & Bonus Policy
All financial transactions on bd4 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are currently supported via local mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, as well as bank transfers.
Deposits & Withdrawals
- Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum limits, which are clearly stated on the platform.
- Account identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
- It is recommended that the payment method used for deposits and the method used for withdrawals be the same.
- Any unusual or suspicious transactions may be temporarily placed on hold for verification.
Bonuses & Promotions
- Each bonus comes with specific rollover requirements, which are communicated to users before the bonus is claimed.
- Attempting to withdraw before meeting the rollover requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
- If the same individual attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
- Bd4 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The bd4 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. bd4 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from technical issues, server downtime, or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
Any loss resulting from a user disclosing their own password or account credentials to others is entirely the user's responsibility. bd4 is not liable for any loss to a game session caused by internet disconnection or device failure.
Bd4 operates within the maximum liability limits prescribed by applicable law in Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts and governed by Bangladeshi law.
6. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the bd4 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and game interfaces — is protected under bd4's intellectual property rights. Copying, reproducing, or distributing this content without permission is strictly prohibited.
The bd4 platform may contain links to third-party game providers or payment processors. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and conditions, and bd4 accepts no liability in such cases. Users are advised to review the relevant policies before accessing any third-party links.
7. Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact
Bd4 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Regular users are advised to review this page periodically.
Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or complaints will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
